Following consistent acclaim for the ‘Thomas Block’ vineyard fruit, David decided to produce a Chardonnay under his own label. The vineyard, which is named after the famous Australian astronaut Andrew Thomas, is a low-lying cool site, which enables the production of fruit with exceptional concentration and natural acidity.
This is an elegant and balanced wine with notes of mango, peach and citrus fruit. Lovely and creamy with mineral notes and a salty hint on the long finish.
