Mas De Daumas, Gassac Rose Frizant 2019

The world-famous Mas de Daumas can put its success down to extremely good terroir, perfect microclimate, excellent vine citation in between pockets of forest, and incredibly honed viticulture processes. The estate works in wholy organic fashion, using only natural dung compost and plant cuttings, and they don’t over-harvest, which allows the wines to reach a much higher level of quality than those of some competitors.

A true rosé wine, this is a fruity and fresh fizz that delights the palate, with fresh fine bubbles, sweet fruit flavours, and a moderate degree of alcohol. Best enjoyed chilled, this wine is a refreshing thirst quencher perfect for celebrations or summer days!
