Winemaker Sandro Mosele has crafted a reputation for some of the finest representations of Australian Pinot and Chardonnay. The vineyard is split into five individual parcels with a variety of clones planted on some very different soils, and everything is done to enhance and express the natural characteristics of each parcel.
The Estate Pinot has a gentle, mature, calm quality, far removed from the elbowing and shoving of much modern Australian wine, and Burgundian in style.
Ruby red. Pronounced raspberry and cherry aromas with savoury complexity on the nose. On the palate, rich red and black fruit with elegant tannins. Superb length on this very refined Australian Pinot Noir.
