This lip smacking delicious wine comprises of mostly old vine Carignan with a dash of Grenache and a touch of Syrah. It is a mouthful of soft fruit with hints from the Garrigue, with a beautiful freshness. Serve slightly chilled for the summer and pair with just about anything off the barbecue!
The groovy label was drawn by Hippolyte Bories the Vigneron’s eight year old son depicting the hillside where the vines are grown.
Black cherry, thyme and wood-spice on the nose give way to soft fruit on the palate, with warming garrigues flavours, only natural yeasts are used and no sulphur is added which only adds to the wines freshness and really enticing appeal.
