Luke’s wines are carefully crafted using Burgundian techniques that usually are applied to Pinot Noir, such as whole bunch pressing. The result is a wine with vibrancy, finesse and elegance and deliciously perfumed fruit seamlessly melded with savoury, smoked charcouterie nuances.
Spiced and perfumed, there is a fleeting hint of cream before a more consistent and lasting note of , dried herbs, earth, peppercorn, cardamom and bright red fruit.
REVIEWS & AWARDS
