What is Champagne?
Traditionally, a sparkling wine can only use the name Champagne if its produced from grapes grown in the Champagne region of France, although in recent times, some have used the term as a generic label for sparkling wine. We’re traditionalists, and all of our Champagnes are the real deal. Champagne primarily uses three grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, although some variations do exist. Champagne enjoys a luxury reputation and was historically associated with the anointment of French kings!
