Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service. All information on this website is updated regularly however discrepancies may occur.

Acknowledgement

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, then You may not access the Service.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company. Our Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your personal information when You use the Application or the Website and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully before using Our Service.

Returns 


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are non-returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable) 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If your order goes missing, or is damaged between dispatch and delivery, we will send you a replacement order as soon as we can. If we are unable to dispatch the replacement order within 7 days, we will give you a full refund.



Sale items (if applicable) 

Any promotions, discounts or vouchers are single use only and not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion or voucher unless otherwise stated.

Products on our website are displayed in ‘real time’. This is to say that any product may be withdrawn from offer without notice.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 



Exchanges (if applicable) 


If we have sold out of a particular wine that has been ordered on-line, we will do our best to re-stock the wine and fulfil the order as soon as possible or suggest a good alternative. We reserve the right to substitute up to three bottles with similar wines of at least the same value. You can return these bottles at our expense for a full refund if you wish.

Every effort is made to keep vintages up to date, but you may receive a later vintage of the same wine if stated vintage is no longer in stock.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at john@thegrapestore.com and send your item to: Springfield, Welford Rd, Long Marston, Stratford-upon-Avon CV37 8RA

Gifts 


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Delivery 

Our standard delivery charge is £6.95 for 12 bottles and £9.95 for 6 bottles, we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days from receipt of order, if not sooner.

If nobody is in to receive the delivery and sign for it and you would like us to leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour, you do so at your own risk. Please complete the comments section during checkout, giving precise details of where the wine is to be left.

Please note, we can only deliver to UK addresses with a postcode. We are not able to delivery to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addresses.

The credit card you use to purchase wine/goods from The Grape Store must be your own or you must have the permission of the card holder to use the card for the purpose of ordering wine/goods from The Grape Store.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and may be per bottle or per case as marked. The prices include Value Added Tax at the prevailing rate, unless otherwise specified. All delivery charges are additional. Minimum order is 6 bottles.


To return your product, you should mail your product to Springfield, Welford Rd, Long Marston, Stratford-upon-Avon CV37 8RA

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are delivery an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
