Category: Chardonnay, Chenin, France, Guy Allion, Loire Valley,
Our objective is, thanks to the very strict rules of Crémant de Loire, to obtain all the finesse of a great mousse from the Loire Valley.
Manual harvesting in crates (respecting the grapes), slow pressing & extraction of the first and finest juice. Fermentation at low temperature, bottling for the second fermentation following the traditional method. Disgorgement after 18 to 24 months and raw dosage.
TASTING NOTES
Mouth is very pleasant, fresh and non-aggressive, with floral aromas of great finesse. Fruit nose is dominant, despite powerful aromas of white flowers, honeysuckle and acacia. Pale yellow color with green reflections, perfect clarity, brilliant shine, good intensity with fine and persistent bubbles.
