Catherine and Pierre Breton built their reputation on making pure Cabernet Francs from Bourgueil and Chinon using biodynamic viticulture and vinification. Soon, they will be just as well known for their stupendous whites. One of the most dynamic estates in the region, Catherine and Pierre practice organic viticulture based on a philosophy that stems from a love of the land. Use of indigenous yeasts and a minimal and sometimes zero use of sulphur results in natural winemaking at its best.
TASTING NOTES

REVIEWS & AWARDS
“The Vouvray La Dilettante is distinctively delightful. Pear, Persian melon, and pineapple dominate the nose and a silken-textured, luscious palate, with subtle chalk and salt inflections in its caressing finish. 89/100.” – Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate
“Raw fruit – green apples and young lemons – meets dry limestone in this piercing, dry Chenin Blanc. Amazing verve and needle like precision. A startling wine.” – Victoria Moore – Daily Telegraph
