Nicole grew up in Narbonne, John came to St Jean de Minervois from much further afield arriving from Kentucky USA. The rocky landscape immediately brought to mind thoughts of moonscapes. The wines might be considered lunar in their minerality, some might even suggest lunatic…but they are always delicious.
This is Nicole & John's first Orange wine and what a wine it is, guaranteed to please and convert all who are new to this style of wine, just try it!
Simply put this is summer in a glass, utterly delicious, enticing and an unbridled joy to savour.
